Oliver Fournier is a British filmmaker whose work explores associations between images, thoughts, places and ideas. His films present an impossible and obsessive desire to master an imaginary web of connections that ties everything together into a unified whole. He graduated among the first set of students from the University of Brighton’s BA(Hons) in Moving Image (First Class Honours) in 2011 and won a Burt Brill and Cardens highly commended award. His work is informed by an array of influences from fine art to avant-garde film and mainstream cinema.
